Experience comes with age

Anthony MordawskiHello to all my friends and colleagues and contacts around the world. I hope this finds you all well and happy. Things being so quiet on the oil &gas and alternative energy front at the moment, I thought I’d put pen to paper so to speak and see if it’s at all possible to find work on LinkedIn. Well the last year has been a busy one for me I did the MAERSK GWO course last August (nothing came my way with those certificates) I then took a Gas testers certificate to add to my library. Still nothing friends said go back to being a medic so early this year I re-certified as a HSE Medic/EMT/Diver Medic/ and of course ACLS. To stop myself self destructing I looked around for other things to keep me busy and found some free courses seeing as my savings are now for my mortgage and found IWCF Well Control level 1 that kept the brain cells working.

I now intend to do some housework on my web page HSEAMPM.com and revamp it a bit.

Sasa I am glad to say has found work up a mountain in Norway and is enjoying the challenge just wish we could have been back to back like the old days. And talking of OLD I found this quote and I have to agree with it.

“Too many people, when they get old, think that they have to live by the calendar.”John Glenn (1921-)

As the oldest person to board a U.S. Space Shuttle at age 77, Senator John Glenn exemplified the view that we shouldn’t let age define us. The calendar is a useful way to let you know the date, but if you let yourself be hemmed in by your chronological age, you may lock yourself out of potentially valuable opportunities.

If your company is looking for experience and down right tenacity with the guts to never say No or it can’t be done then give me a call my details are posted on my profile. Look forward to my next challenge.
